Corrections Medicine is a program that provides medical, mental health, and dental services for individuals incarcerated in the Buzz Westfall Justice Center, along with medical services for youth housed at the Saint Louis County Family Courts Juvenile Detention Center. The Buzz Westfall Justice Center is accredited by the American Correctional Association and strives to exceed their standards. The Juvenile Detention Center is accredited by the National Commission on Correctional Health Care.
